This program will teach business owners the practice of gaining customer insights to generate, test, and optimize ideas for products and services. In turn, this will create a more profitable business model and ultimately position the enterprise for growth and success. The Customer Development journey will focus on learning and discovery before execution, which is integral to building the products and services that customers want. It will also teach participants to avoid spending time and money on those products and services that customers have no interest in.
