    Who should attend: Business owners who are looking to discover the customer development process, build a hypothesis and identify channels to reach target customers. 

    This program will teach business owners the practice of gaining customer insights to generate, test, and optimize ideas for products and services. In turn, this will create a more profitable business model and ultimately position the enterprise for growth and success. The Customer Develop­ment journey will focus on learning and discovery before execution, which is integral to building the products and services that customers want. It will also teach participants to avoid spending time and money on those products and services that custom­ers have no interest in.

    This JWBC initiative is a part a COVID-19 response supported by the CARES Act and the Small Business Administration.

    This program is designed to assist small and historically underutilized businesses – minority, woman, veteran, LGBT - understand supplier diversity programs, learn what it takes to become a successful vendor and learn how to leverage these programs to grow their business. This is an 8-week virtual course (2 hours per session).
